CascadeTCG FAQ – Everything You Need to Know

Where do you ship from?

Straight from the Pacific Northwest—Portland, Oregon, USA.

Where do you ship to?

For now, we only ship within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How fast do you ship orders?

Super fast. All non-pre-orders ship out by the next day! If you order late Saturday or on Sunday, it’ll go out Monday (since USPS takes Sundays off).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Standard: 3-4 business days

Are your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every single item in my shop is officially licensed by The Pokémon Company. All Japanese products are sourced directly from Japan, and everything is brand new & factory-sealed (unless stated otherwise). No reseals, no weighing, no funny business—just legit collectibles straight from the source.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Nope, sorry. Orders must be shipped to a residential or business address with your legal name. Using a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address will cause delays or order cancellations.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to cancel after placing your order. However, pre-orders cannot be canceled after the item’s release date. A 3% processing fee may apply to a canceled order if the payment has been processed already.

If the price of my pre-order drops, can I get a refund for the difference?

No, pre-order prices are locked in at the time of purchase. Market prices fluctuate, but your pre-order cost is based on what I pay to secure stock. Refund requests for price differences will result in a ban from my store.

Can I ship to a friend’s address?

No, all orders must be shipped to your own personal address. If you won’t be home, you can use UPS or FedEx "Hold at Location" services—just leave a note at checkout if you need this option.

Any orders going to an address that isn’t yours will be automatically canceled.

What if I can’t find the answer to my question?

Shoot me an email at adam@cascadetcg.com with your Order #. Please don’t ask about orders via Instagram DMs, YouTube comments, tweets, etc.—I need order details to properly assist you.

Do you accept trades or exchanges?

Nope, no trades or exchanges at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if my package is lost?

I can provide photo proof of your package’s contents and shipping info, but once it’s in the hands of USPS, it’s out of my control. If you have concerns, you’ll need to file a package search request with the shipping carrier you chose at checkout.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

No returns for buyer’s remorse. All sales are final unless there’s a legitimate issue with the product.

Usps had some issues and I asked them, they replied promptly. They gave me an extra booster pack and some stickers. I ended up getting an Eevee and Kieran SAR and a masterball. Would recommend them!
